Return Policy

Placing an order, you are agreeing to all the terms and policies listed on this page.

  • All merchandise must be returned 20 days from the date of purchase for a web credit code. We DO NOT offer cash refunds.
  • Web credit codes can only be used at Website returns cannot be exchanged at MOG’S Boutique store front located at 823 South 5th Street Hartsville, SC 29550
  • Sale/Clearance items, Jewelry, Undergarments, and Gift Cards are final sales!
  • The customer is responsible for shipping and handling cost of the returned item(s). Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please keep the tracking number for your return in case of any postal error.

**We suggest shipping priority mail, so you will have insurance and a tracking number.

  • Returns can be dropped off during our regular business hours in the drop box located at the storefront MOG’S Boutique 823 South 5th St Hartsville SC 29550. Allow 3-7 business days for returns to be processed.
  • The follow conditions may disqualify an item(s) from being returned for a web credit code – smells of smoke, pet odor, fragrance or body odor; has stains, animal hair, or has been washed/worn/altered. Items must be in original condition with applicable tags attached. If your items do not meet the qualifications, you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made – after 20 days, the items will go to a non-profit charity.
  • Shoes must be returned in original condition, in box and placed in an additional package for shipment. Do not add tape, shipping label or any other markings to the original shoe box. Doing so will cause your return to be subject to a restocking fee.

To make a return:

  1. Please refer to our return policy to ensure that your return meets the criteria.
  2. Complete the return form and include it inside of the package with your items you are returning.
  3. Once your package is received, please allow 3-7 business days for us to process your return.
  4. A Web Credit code will then be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.

Shipping Policy

  • Local pickup will be an option during store hours Tuesday-Friday 12-6 and 10-4 on Saturdays.
  • We offer only standard USPS priority shipping.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • Please give us 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. (Expect longer wait times during our busy seasons)
  • When we ship out your order you will receive an updated email with your tracking number and estimated arrival date.

Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package if you have received an item that you think is damaged. Please email picture(s) to and include your order number along with details of the damaged item(s). Please give us 2-5 business days to respond. Please note some fabrics, colors and patterns may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hartsville, South Carolina, where our customer service office is also located.

Yes, we offer local pick up at our store front. Items can be picked up during our store hours, but please give us 24-72 hrs. to process you order. You will receive an email when your item(s) are ready to be picked up.

Currently, we only offer priority shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Expectations are during high-volume times when processing time may take 5-7 business days. We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time Tuesday – Saturday.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and you have received a shipping notification, the United States Postal Service is responsible for the delivery of your package. If your package is lost, you may file a claim with the USPS.
